Bio
Founder, Michael V Chipko, grew up in the construction world, working his way up through each trade with hands on training since the age of 12. He was able to utilize his abilities to finance his passion for traveling the world, which he did as both a professional surfer and later to simply experience what the world had to offer. His deep and extensive travels exposed him to the diverse cultural designs of the world that continue to inspire him today.
Having assisted in running a high-end construction company for many years, he gained the experience, expertise and vision to build his own company that specializes in high quality construction. Michael focuses on building with integrity,appreciation and respect to design. His professional vision is to bring conscious building techniques through artisanal hands to clients who desire a high quality experience and product.
Michael continues to learn and develop his expertise and awareness of how things can be done more efficiently and consciously. He incorporates his value of a cleaner, healthier world in his construction work by utilizing companies that recycle and opting for green products when the client desires it.
Michael enjoys every aspect of the building process, from working with his clients, designers, architects and engineers throughout the designing stages to spending time with his team, managing every detail.
